1. Account Responsibility To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. - All activities that occur under your account. - Ensuring that your contact information remains accurate. 2. Service Description & Points System Matesst provides a high-performance cloud-based execution environment for .m scripts. This environment integrates **Matesst Turbo JIT (Powered by RunMat)** and **GNU Octave**. We use a "Credits/Points" model. One "Credit" corresponds to a specific unit of computing resource or API invocation as defined in our technical documentation. 3. Prohibited Behavior You agree NOT to use Matesst to: - Upload scripts that contain malware, viruses, or any harmful code. - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying infrastructure of the platform. - Use the service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized data mining or cryptojacking. - Circumvent any security measures or resource limits set by the platform. 4. Intellectual Property - **Your Code:** You retain all ownership rights to the scripts you upload. Matesst only provides a temporary sandbox for execution. - **Our Platform:** All rights, title, and interest in and to the Matesst platform (excluding user-provided code) remain the exclusive property of Matesst. 5. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform's integrity. 6. Non-Affiliation Matesst is an independent service. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The MathWorks, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.
