Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Condition Once "Credits" or "Points" have been consumed (i.e., used to execute scripts or call APIs), they are strictly **non-refundable**. By using the points, you acknowledge that the service has been successfully delivered. 2. Refund Period for Unused Credits If you have purchased a credit package and have **NOT used any points** from that package, you may request a full refund within **14 days** of the original purchase date. 3. Technical Issues If credits are deducted due to a platform-side system error (e.g., a server crash during execution), please contact support with your Task ID. We will investigate and manually restore the lost credits to your account. 4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund for unused credits, please email info@matesst.com with your Order ID and the reason for the request.
